Active Life Fusion
Katie's love for fitness is meshed with an absolute love of yoga. She has been practicing yoga and Pilates since 2006 becoming dedicated to her yoga practice in 2012. Once her practice became consistent, she realized how aligned she became mind, body and soul. Katie completed her 200 hour teacher training in 2015, with the hope of spreading yoga to as many people as possible. She strives to teach classes with a sequenced flow where her students can work up a sweat which allows them to grow physically as well as mentally and spiritually.
